Return Policy


Haus of Vixxn will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• There are no visible signs of damage

• All original packaging is intact

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.


Certain types of goods are exempt from returns, including:

• Intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases


To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase(order confirmation email) with your order number.

Exchanges

Return Shipping


You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

Gifts


If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Damaged Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours at hausofvixxn@gmail.com.

• If you do not report the damage within this timeframe, we may not be able to honor your claim.

• We utilize tracking timestamps and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
